Hazardous Materials Endorsement.The hazardous materials endorsement now requires fingerprinting and a complete background check through the Transportation and Security Administration (The Patriot Act). This endorsement ensures that a new driver is eligible for all commercial driving employment opportunities. There is a fee of $89.25 payable to IBT for the fingerprinting.
